The Carry The Weight campaign is officially underway—and it was a hell of a launch (in good and bad ways).

Over 1,400 people signed on to be part of the launch team, and were ready to share like crazy when we went live. Awesome, right?!

But when we dropped the campaign video, we could tell right away that something wasn't right. We could see thousands of people visiting our new homepage to watch, but our view count on YouTube wasn't doing much.

Turns out, we had a pretty major tech hiccup.

The way the video was embedded on our homepage was blocking YouTube from counting views. We had it fixed by the end of the day, but it was really brutal timing. The view count in those first few hours is what the algorithm uses to decide if it wants to push a video to a wider audience, or banish it to YouTube purgatory.

Let's just say it was a learning opportunity.

But we're here to do what underdogs do best. We try again.

Our next video drops soon and we are stoked for everyone to learn more about Mark and Josh and the insane things they're doing to help us rally 20,000 teammates.

    So, here’s where we stand:

      • 1,425 launch team members

      • 45 teammates donating monthly

      • 23 weeks left to carry the weight

Here's how you can help this week:

    • Re-watch the campaign video directly on YouTube

    • Share the link with your circle—text, DM, and share on socials

    • Become a teammate!

The fire is lit. Let’s fan the flames.
