Transportation will ONLY be guaranteed from Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) or Chicago Rockford International Airport (RFD).
Player Transportation:
Accessible transportation will be provided for all team members to/from the designated airports, and to/from the tournament facility. Equipment trailers will be available for transportation of all equipment. Each team will also be provided with their own accessible van for the weekend.

VOLUNTEERS
Q: Where is the tournament being held?
A: The tournament will be at the UW Health Sports Factory 305 S Madison St, Rockford, IL 61104.
Q: Where do I park for the tournament?
A: Please park at the facility's upper-level parking area.
Q: Where do I go when I arrive?
A: When you enter the Sports Factory follow the signs to "Registration".
Q: What should I wear?
A: As a volunteer you will be given an awesome custom shirt for the event which you can pick up at the registration table when you arrive.
Q: I don't know the first thing about wheelchair rugby - can I still volunteer?
A: Of course! Most of what you will be doing is simple/self explanatory. If your assignment requires further explanation we will provide adequate training and you will never be stationed alone.
Q: Will I be able to take breaks during my shift?
A: You bet! You will always be working as part of a team and your breaks can be coordinated within your group.
Q: Is food available at the tournament?
A: There is an awesome restaurant right onsite called Owly-Oop Sports Pub
Q: What if I can not make a shift, will be late, or need to leave early?
A: Please contact the volunteer coordinator Karole Sellers at 262-383-0841. Texting is preferred.
PLAYERS/TEAMS
Q: What is the transportation set-up?
A: Transportation is provided for a to/from the airport and to/from hotel and tournament venue. Additionally each team will have an accessible vehicle at their disposal for running errands or sight seeing.
Q: What hotels are available for the tournament?
A: Hotel blocks are with The Marriott Rockford and The Hampton Inn Rockford.
Q: Where do I stow my chair and equipment during the tournament?
A: Each team will have a secure area where all gear can be stowed during the weekend. The area will be cordoned off and a security team will be in place.
Q: How do meals work?
A: Lunch is provided to registered players each day. Players are on their own for breakfast and dinner. There is a full service restaurant on site at the tournament facility as well.
Q: Can I bring a guest to the banquet?
A: All banquet guests must be pre-registered and ticketed. There is no fee, but it is important that we have an accurate attendance count.
Q: Is there a dress code for the banquet?
A: It is come as you are, just make sure to wash your hands first.
Q: Will there be massage services available?
A: There will be two massage stations set-up during tournament play. Reservations are required and sign-up is available on-site each day.

SPECTATORS
Q: Who can attend the tournament and what is the price of admission?
A: The tournament is open to the public and free to attend. There will be a fan table where you can get noisemakers and create signs to cheer on the athletes.
Q: Is food available at the tournament?
A: There is an awesome restaurant right onsite called Owly-Oop Sports Pub.
Q: What is there to do between game play?
A: Glad you asked - there will be a vendor village set-up where you can browse the offerings from sponsors and local sellers.
