As the nationwide leader and champion for American Veterans, AMVETS
facilitates access to the resources veterans need to live healthy lives, obtain full and timely benefits,
achieve economic self-sufficiency, and enjoy good quality of life after serving in uniform.
For 32 years, there has been a motorcycle demonstration ride on Memorial Day weekend in Washington, DC to raise awareness of the critical issues facing our nation’s veterans.
Now called Rolling to Remember, this demonstration will demand action for the 82,000 service members missing in action and the 22 veterans who die by suicide each day.
Due to the COVID-19 health crisis and to protect the safety of the riding community, Rolling to Remember will now include a Rolling to Remember Ride Challenge, empowering individual riders nationwide to ride in their own community and show their support and demand action for the critical issues facing veterans.
